Professional Experience
Elena has both experience in litigation and consultancy and a solid academic background.
She mainly focuses on civil, commercial, navigation, antitrust law and consumer protection. Particularly, Elena is specialized in aviation, space and drone law and in private antitrust enforcement of competition law.
She teaches: Law and Economics, Aviation Law (with FISO programme) and Drone Law (Nobile Aviation College); Transnational Contracts and Liability of Air Carrier (Master of Laws in Global Regulation of Markets Luiss-La Sapienza University); Competition law and consumer protection - Master of Laws in Law and Economics of Financial Markets – Niccolò Cusano University.
In 2013, she is visiting academic scholar at the European University Institute and in 2012 at the University of Oxford (where she attends also a course on Academic Writing).
In 2011, she spends one year at the Italian Antitrust Authority (Consumer protection in the area of services and competition law in the credit sector).
In 2010 she wins an Erasmus Placement Programme scholarship to Finland and works for Turre Legal, Oy Law Firm in Helsinki (Finland), in the fields of competition law, law of new technologies, IPRs. In the same year she attends Global Business Environment, Law in Network Society and International Law at the University of Helsinki and Contract and Commercial Law at the City University of London. After that she participates to the module: “Market: Competition and Consumers”, Master of Laws in “European Jurist” (University of Roma 3, 30 cum laude).
In 2009 she attends the Summer School “International Law and the Arts” Tulane – Siena Institute for International Law and the Arts.
